Open to 2018 members of the SCGA who are residents of South Carolina. Participants must be at least 55 years of age as of May 14, 2018. Entries may be declined for those individuals who have not had reasonable activity on their club’s handicap roster as of the most recent update.
Entrants must have a current handicap index of 10.4 or less. Entries must be received by 5:00 p.m. on April 12, 2018. Field will be limited to 120 individuals. The 109 entries with the lowest handicap indexes will be accepted. Player’s tournament record and past SCGA performance may also be considered. The Host club will receive three (3) exemptions and an additional eight (8) spots will be awarded to remaining entrants during a qualifying round, should it be necessary. The qualifier will be held in conjunction with the practice round held May 13th at the Patriot Golf Club. Acceptance will be posted by April 22.
USGA rules apply, 54-hole stroke play to determine Champion. The field will be cut to the low 60 plus ties after the second round. **Please note, there is no Super Sr. Division.
One Practice Round available on a space available basis. Make times through the Patriot Golf Club golf shop at (864) 543-2000.

First and Second Rounds – 36 hole cut.
Final round and awards. Tee times starting at 8:00 a.m. off of #1 and #10 tees.

Tournament Cart Fees are paid by the SCGA. All players are required to ride during the event. A $25 fee is due to the club when playing a practice round.

A $30.00 administration fee will be charged for all refunds until May 8th. No refunds after May 8th.
The SCGA reserves the right to refuse entry into any event based on behavior that may affect the integrity of our Association. Players are required to adhere to the dress code of the facility and conduct themselves in the manner of keeping with the highest standards of the SCGA. Players refusing to comply will be disqualified from the competition.
