 All OJGA Events Close at 5:00pm on the Closing Date which is listed as the last date in the “entries accepted” column of the OJG Online Schedule.


This OJG Winter Series Tournament is conducted by OJG staff and volunteers in cooperation with golf course staff.

1. ELIGIBILITY/APPROVAL PROCESS/FORMAT:  This event is open to all youth who are at least 8 years of age as of the first day of the event but no older than 18 years of age on the final scheduled day. This event fills on a first come first serve basis.  This event is a 18-hole individual stableford points competition. Exception: Pee-Wee Divisions will play in a 9-hole stableford points competition.  (Pee Wee Divisions play the front 9):  

2. OJG MEMBER DISCOUNT:  2017 and 2018 OJGA Members will receive a $20 discount during the registration process. OJGA Membership is open to golfers who are at least 8 years of age (as of 8/12/2017) but no older than 19 years of age (as of 4/1/2017) and are permanent or summer residents of Oregon or SW Washington (including Clark and Skamania Counties).

3. WITHDRAWAL/REFUND POLICY:  Until the closing deadline, you may cancel/withdraw your entry without fee. However, after the closing deadline, no refunds will be available except in the case of a medical condition or family emergency, where a $5 administrative fee will apply.  You may view the full withdrawal policy, including how to withdraw after the start of an event, on pages 25-26 of the Member Handbook or by clicking here to be directed to the OJG website.

4. SPECTATOR CART POLICY: In this OJGA Winter Series event, spectator carts will be permitted on a first come first serve basis.  All spectators wishing to rent a cart should check in with the golf shop to inquire about the rate.  

At no time are spectator golf carts to leave the cart path, including for passing.  Without exception, spectators seen driving a cart off the cart paths during this event will immediately lose the privilege of using a cart and will be required to walk the rest of the round.  Understand this means there will be times when you will not be able to pass other carts in front of you.
