Entry Fee: $80.00 per player, which includes greens fee, golf cart, range balls, prizes and a meal at the conclusion of the tournament.
NYSGA eClub members receive a $5 discount off the entry fee.
Meal Information: The menu for the meal at Bellevue consists of hot dogs, hamburgers, and grilled chicken with tomato and cucumber salad, pasta salad, fresh fruit, brownies and cookies, and canned soda or bottled water. There will also be a cash bar available.
Eligibility: Entry is open to all amateur golfers who enjoy membership privileges at clubs belonging to the New York State Golf Association, or are an NYSGA Associate Member. Entrants must provide verification of an active USGA Handicap Index (GHIN number, proof of Handicap Index provider) in order to be eligible to compete for prizes. The entrant's Handicap Index as of the entry close date will be used for the tournament.
Rules: USGA Rules prevail, except where modified by the Committee. All entries are subject to the approval of the Committee, which reserves the right to disqualify or default any player at any stage of the tournament for any reason deemed sufficient by it.
Format: The NYSGA State Days Tournament at Bellevue Country Club is an 18-hole, individual stroke play net tournament with contestants using 100% of their Course Handicap. The field is divided based on gender and Course Handicap into five separate flights of contestants (minimum of six players per flight):
Men: ~0-9, 10-18, 18 and above
Women: ~0-18, 18 and above
Prizes will be awarded to the top finishers of each flight and to the overall gross winners of both the men's and women's divisions. The amount of prizes is determined by the number of entries in each flight. Ties will be broken on the scorecard using the USGA recommended method. Flight and gross champions are eligible to play, free of charge, in the season-ending Champions Day at Drumlins Country Club in Syracuse, New York.
Registration: The tournament is a 1:00 PM shotgun start. Players are to register with NYSGA staff by 12:30 PM.
Entries: The field is to be limited to the first 128 entries. After this limit has been met, players will be added to a wait list in the order which they have registered.
Refund Policy: Entry fee, less a $10.00 service charge, will be refunded regardless of reason if the NYSGA is notified by email (andrew@nysga.org) or by phone (888-NYSGA-23) prior to the entry close date. After this date and up to 5:00 PM on the day prior to the tournament, $10.00 will be refunded, as confirmation has been provided to host facility regarding number of contestants.

Bellevue Country Club, an 18-hole championship private golf course designed by Donald Ross, first opened for play in 1918 and has become one of the best known and most respected courses in Central New York. The mature tree-lined, wooded fairways, unique water hazards, and fast, gently contoured greens have gained Bellevue Country Club high ranking among golfers of all abilities.
The course itself is located just outside of Syracuse, New York and is easily accessible from Interstate 81. This is the first State Days Tournament of the 2010 Series, which includes a total of 13 one-day net event tournaments.
