Entry Fee:

$80 for 36 hole stroke play.  To play less than two days you will have to call Exec. Director Pam Whalen at 775-742-5474 to make special arrangements.

Practice round may be played on June 25th, contact the pro shop for a tee time.  Cost for the practice round is not included in the tournament fee.


All deadlines are 4 days from event.  Tournament Dates June 26 - 27, 2017

Entries will be by invitation only.

Level 3

Boys 13-14, Girls 13-14,Boys 15-18, Girls 15-18.  

Please choose the division you wish to play when signing up for an event


36 Hole Stroke Play.


Must play the Capital City tournament to qualify for this event.  Qualifier for BJAC, GJAC, Hogan Cup will consist of the 6 best 18 hole round differentials from the events listed below.  Those players in the top 4 will be picked for the teams.  Top 4 girls will go.  Boys, top of the list down to pick which event they wish to attend.  Player attitude and conduct will also go into the selection process.

The events are: 2 day Eagle Valley, 2 day Silver Oak, Genoa Lakes, Edgewood, Washoe City, NV State, Wildcreek, Hidden Valley, and Red Hawk.

Cut Score: 55 or better: Boys13-14,Girls 13-18;  50 or better: Boys 15-18.

Tee Times:

Estimated start time 12:00 pm, Starting times will be available on the NNJGA website 3 days prior to the event date.

Refund /


Refunds will be issued for tournament fees ONLY when a 4-day prior cancellation notice has been given. Players can withdraw online before the 4 day limit, after that NO REFUNDS.

No Show


It is the PLAYER’S RESPONSIBILITY to notify the NNJGA office if they will not be present for their tee time.  No explanations required. Multiple “No Shows” may lead to the suspension of a player’s membership without refund. See Membership Handbook for more details.



Rain, thunderstorms and lightning are acts of nature which the NNJGA cannot control. Refunds will not be issued because of inclement weather cancellations and events will not be rescheduled.

Caddies /

Golf Carts:

Caddies and golf carts will not be permitted at any NNJGA event. Each player must carry their own clubs. Pull carts are allowed. A player with a physical disability may request an exemption from this policy by contacting the NNJGA office.  Scorekeepers must pay for their own carts if needed.



Policies regarding etiquette, conduct, and dress code are all available in the Membership Handbook.  Proper golf attire is required.  NO  T-shirts, jean shorts, tank tops and all hats must be worn with the bill forward.  Entry into event is agreement to abide by the NNJGA code of conduct.
