Entry Info: Teams shall consist of a Professional (or Assistant Professional) and three amateurs OR four amateurs (eligible for Low-Gross & Net prizes only). Golf Professionals need not have qualified for the Met Open, but entries will be limited to 50 teams. In the event that more entries are received, priority will be given to order of receipt and to MGA Member Clubs.
Note: As a professional courtesy, an MGA Member Club General Manager or Head Superintendent may play in place of the Host Professional at no charge.

Tournament: Prizes shall be awarded to teams scoring the 18-hole Best Ball of Four, Gross, and Net. Amateurs will be required to advise tournament officials at registration of their current USGA Handicap Index on the day of play – as calculated by the USGA Handicap System.

 Players on the three Low-Gross teams; Players on the three Low-Net teams*
Professionals: $2,000 distributed for individual Low-Pro scores and $2,000 distributed to Pros on Low-Net Teams.
Hole-In-One: There will be hole-in-one contest courtesy of Lexus – the official vehicle of the MGA.
*A team may win only one prize.

Entry Fee: $750 per amateur - includes golf, lunch, caddie fees and gift. Note: $500 of the entry fee represents a tax deductible contribution. Tax exempt ID#13-3637689.

Caddie/Cart: Please note that Glen Oaks Club has a strong caddie program. All groups will be provided with two club caddies. The MGA Foundation will assume the basic caddie fee, but it is recommended that each player provide a gratuity. While all golfers are encouraged to walk, requests for a golf cart will be considered for those with a medical condition. The MGA will evaluate such requests on a case-by-case basis.
