Entries are open to female amateur golfers who, as of June 22, 2017 are 50 years of age or older with USGA Handicap Indexes of 36.4 or less.
The Senior defending Women’s Champion Anita Wicks and 15 finishers from the 18-hole stroke play qualifier will advance to the single elimination Championship flight match play portion of the competition, with the remaining entrants placed in single elimination match play flights according to score. There will be NO age bracket flights.
$200.00 entry fee must accompany entry form and will include:
- One practice round and two guaranteed rounds of competition
- Tee prizes
- Special awards from Jones Sports Co. will be awarded to the Champion
Refunds are NOT available after the closing date of June 7th, except for documented medical reasons. All refunds are subject to a $20.00 administrative fee.
A mailed entry must reach the OGA office by 5pm on June 7th. Entries by telephone, FAX, or email must accompany payment. Online entries are accepted until midnight at www.oga.org. Late entries will be accepted and placed on an alternate’s list to fill spots if they become available up until a time that the OGA Staff establishes. Late entries will not be accepted unless they are accompanied by the correct entry fee, plus an additional fee of $25. Contestants must contact the OGA in order to submit a late entry.

All past Senior Amateur Champions are eligible for guaranteed entry into the Championship. Exempt players must meet the eligibility requirements and must enter by the entry deadline.
Practice Round Details
Practice round details will become available when determined by the OGA Championship Department & the golf course.
Points for the 2017 Oregon Senior Women's Amateur will count for the the 2017 Hudson Cup Team and the 2018 PNGA Cup Team.
