Eligibility: Entry is limited to those who have received a 2010 NYSGA State Days Tournament Series certificate for winning their respective flight or for being the low gross at any 2010 NYSGA State Days Tournament. In addition, each entrant must be an amateur golfer who enjoys membership privileges at clubs belonging to the NYSGA, or are NYSGA Associate Members residing in New York State. Entrants must provide verification of an active USGA Handicap Index (GHIN number, photocopy of Handicap Index, etc.) in order to be eligible to compete. The entrant's Handicap Index as of the entry close date will be used for the tournament.

Rules: USGA Rules prevail, except where modified by the Committee. All entries are subject to the approval of the Committee, which reserves the right to disqualify or default any player at any stage of the tournament for any reason deemed sufficient by it.

Format:The NYSGA State Days Tournament Series Champions Day at Drumlins Country Club is an 18-hole, individual stroke play net tournament with contestants using 100% of their Course Handicap. The field is divided based on gender and Course Handicap into five separate flights of contestants (minimum of six players per flight):

                                                        Men:        ~0-9, 10-18, 18 and above
                                                        Women:   ~0-18, 18 and above

Winners of each flight and the overall low gross winners of the men's and women's divisions will become NYSGA State Tournament Series Champions for 2010. The amount of prizes is determined by the number of entries in each flight. Ties will be broken on the scorecard using the USGA recommended method.

Registration: The tournament is a 1:00PM shotgun start. Players are to register with the NYSGA tournament official by 12:30PM.

Entries: The field is to be limited to the 2010 NYSGA State Days Tournament Series champions.
