Entry Fee: $55.00 per player, which includes greens fee, golf cart, range balls, prizes and a meal at the conclusion of the tournament.
NYSGA eClub members receive a $5 discount off the entry fee.
Meal Information: The menu for the meal at Partridge Run Golf & CC will be a boxed lunch including sandwich, chips, fruit, cookie and a beverage.
Eligibility: Entry is open to all amateur golfers who enjoy membership privileges at clubs belonging to the New York State Golf Association,or are an NYSGA Associate Member. Entrants must provide verification of an active USGA Handicap Index (GHIN number or proof of Handicap Index) in order to be eligible to compete for prizes. Entrants' Handicap Index as of the entry close date will be used for the tournament.
Rules: USGA Rules prevail, except where modified by the Committee. All entries are subject to the approval of the Committee, which reserves the right to disqualify or default any player at any stage of the tournament for any reason deemed sufficient by it.
Format: The NYSGA State Days Tournament at Partridge Run Golf & CC is an 18-hole, individual stroke play net tournament with contestants using 100% of their Course Handicap. The field is divided based on gender and Course Handicap into five separate flights of contestants (minimum of six players per flight):
Men: ~0-9, 10-18, 18 and above
Women: ~0-18, 18 and above
Prizes will be awarded to the top finishers of each flight and to the overall gross winners of both the men's and women's divisions. The amount of prizes is determined by the number of entries in each flight. Ties will be broken on the scorecard using the USGA recommended method. Flight and gross champions are eligible to play, free of charge, in the season-ending Champions' Day at Drumlins Country Club in Syracuse, New York.
Registration: The tournament is a 1:00PM shotgun start. Players are to register with NYSGA staff by 12:40 PM.
Entries: The field is to be limited to the first 128 entries. After this limit has been met, players will be added to a wait list in the order which they registered.
Refund Policy: Entry fee, less a $10.00 service charge, will be refunded regardless of reason if the NYSGA is notified by email (andrew@nysga.org) or by phone (888-NYSGA-23) prior to the entry close date. After this date and up to 5:00 PM on the day prior to the tournament, $10.00 will be refunded, as confirmation has been provided to host facility regarding number of contestants.

Course Comments:
Partridge Run Golf and Country Course boasts an 18 hole layout designed by Frank Palumbo, completed in 1995. This public course is nestled among Birch, Pine and Hardwood trees in perfect harmony with nature.
The beautifully designed and well manicured greens have already gained a reputation for being amongst the best in Northern NY. In addition, Partridge Run is one of the few courses in the area that is fully irrigated with an unlimited water supply.
